ADDRESSING THE REALITY OF TODAY

In planning for the future, ESCF maintains that innovation is inevitable. The process for how practices and procedures are implemented or carried out changes constantly. As a result, what is applicable today, may not be an option for tomorrow. Black businesses are struggling to recover from Covid-19 disruptions.  For example, business owners of restaurants, retail stores, beauty salons and other businesses were disproportionately impacted by restrictions and inequitable access to loans and government financial support programs.

SPIRITUAL ENRICHMENT

Many take on different spiritual journeys. There are different forms of spiritual enrichment because it may have a different meaning for each individual. Some people read the bible, some meditate, some chant, some take on being more positive and optimistic in that of developing a deeper connection with others and that gives them a sense of belonging.
